David is an institution in the Singapore Children's literature scene, authoring literally 1000's of books.  David's spent lots of time over the years helping wannabe writers get a leg up, and has been a great advisor to me.

The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.  I cannot recommend "Squibby" highly enough, a global network dedicated to developing our craft.  Any aspring children's author or illustrator should immediately join their local chapter, find a critique group

Catherine was the SCBWI Singapore Chapter lead when I first joined. She played a HUGE role in my development as a writer, as well as in building what has become a growing and vibrant children's writing scene in Singapore.
